Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bjbazi platform. This is a legally binding agreement between you and us.

01General Information and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bjbazi ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "user"). bjbazi is an online gaming and casino service platform, operated primarily for users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" — The bjbazi website, mobile version, and all related services.
  • "Account" — A registered user's personal account used to log in to the platform.
  • "Balance" — The amount of funds deposited in the user's account.
  • "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits granted under various promotions.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process.

1.2 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all games, services, bonus offers, payment transactions, and support services on the bjbazi platform. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply.

02Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Legal Eligibility

To open an account and play games on the bjbazi platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age or identity will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all winnings.

Warning: Any person under the age of 21 creating an account is a direct violation of these terms and conditions and may result in legal action.

2.2 Registration Process

To create a valid account, you must provide the following information accurately:

  • Full name (as per national identity card)
  • Active mobile number
  • A valid email address
  • Date of birth (verifiable)
  • Preferred payment method

2.3 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in permanent closure of all accounts.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjbazi may request a user to complete the KYC process at any time. Required documents may include a national identity card, birth registration certificate, passport, or a photo of any government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

03Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 User Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any activity carried out on your account will be treated as your personal activity.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately. If you forget your password or want to secure your account, the support team will assist you.

Advice: Use a strong and complex password. Never share your login credentials with any third party. bjbazi will never ask for your password via email or chat.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your bjbazi account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, renting, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

04Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bjbazi supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits and withdrawals can be made using the following methods:

  • Upay

4.3 Deposit Rules

The payment account used for deposits and the bjbazi account must be registered in the same person's name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.4 Withdrawal Rules

To request a withdrawal, your account must have a sufficient balance and there must be no outstanding wagering requirements. bjbazi aims to process successfully approved withdrawals within one hour. However, processing may take longer depending on the payment method or if additional verification is required.

Important: Withdrawals are issued only to the same payment method used for the deposit (wherever possible). If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, bjbazi will arrange an alternative.

05Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bjbazi offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. The detailed terms are set out below:

  • 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Wagering requirement before withdrawing the bonus: 10x (ten times the total of the deposit and bonus).
  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 Details on Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. After receiving a bonus, withdrawal will not be possible until the specified wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement for all bonuses must be fulfilled within 30 days, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members of bjbazi will enjoy the benefits of the VIP program. This program is divided into four tiers, with cashback available each week:

  • Bronze Tier: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Additional benefits and promotions are available for each tier.

5.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

  • Each promotion has its own detailed terms, which will be published with the offer.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time (unless explicitly stated).
  • bjbazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained through it will be forfeited.

06Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bjbazi uses software from established game providers to ensure fairness across all games. Our platform offers games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and other reputable providers.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. bjbazi reserves the right to adjust betting limits for specific circumstances or specific accounts.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the result of that round will be determined by the game server. bjbazi is not responsible for losses due to technical issues, but will make efforts to assist users who are genuinely affected.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded. No complaints will be accepted before the official result is announced.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjbazi platform and may result in account closure:

  • Participation in money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
  • Bonus abuse or creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.
  • Exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
  • Use of automated betting software, bots, or similar tools.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
  • Fraudulent collusion with other users.
  • Registering an account by providing false or misleading information.
  • Threatening or harassing platform staff or representatives.
Consequence: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all winnings, and legal action where necessary.

08Intellectual Property

8.1 Copyright

All content published on the bjbazi platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, code, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of bjbazi or the relevant third parties. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

8.2 User License

bjbazi grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform for personal use only. bjbazi may revoke this license at any time.

09Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Guarantee

The bjbazi platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

bjbazi is not liable for losses arising from the following:

  • Internet disconnection or network issues.
  • Issues with third-party payment providers.
  • Problems with the user's own device or software.
  • Unexpected technical errors or server outages.
  • Gaming losses resulting from user negligence or poor decisions.

9.3 Liability Cap

Under any circumstances, bjbazi's total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the three months prior to the incident.

10Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Account Closure by bjbazi

bjbazi may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • At the direction of authorities or due to legal obligations.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

12Changes to Terms

12.1 Right to Amend

bjbazi reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for significant changes.

12.2 Effective Date of Changes

Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
